Welcome to Gingernut’s Science Dunk!

We believe that science is something everybody should be able to access, whether you know anything about the subject or not. Here at the Science Dunk we endeavor to share science with you in an accessible, fun and interesting way.

Here you will find news from all fields of science, be it microbiology, history or astrophysics. We are a very new site and encourage you to join in with discussions; we always want to hear your opinion (good or bad, all knowledge is worth having!).

I (Gingernut) have a masters degree in Clinical and Health Psychology from the University of Manchester. My interests are extremely wide-ranging, so no matter what branch of science you want to explore, you are sure to find something to enjoy on this site. We welcome discussions from anyone and everybody, and we are also interested in hearing from budding science writers who might like to try their hand at writing an article for us!
